You agree that all data management related to your activity will comply with the requirements set out in this Policy and applicable national and European Union legislation.

The data handler reserves the right to change this information. It will, of course, inform stakeholders in good time of any changes.

Technical details
Start Video LP. selects and operates the IT tools used to manage personal data in the course of providing the service in such a way that the data processed:
–    accessible to authorized persons (availability);
–    authenticity and authentication are assured (authenticity of data handling);
–    unchangeability can be demonstrated (data integrity);
–    be protected against unauthorized access (data confidentiality).

Start Video LP. protects the data by appropriate actions against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, and accidental destruction.
Start Video LP. provides technical, organizational and corporate actions to protect the security of data handling. This provides an appropriate level of protection to the risks of data handling.

During data handling, Start Video LP. preserves

The data handling of Start Video LP. is based on a voluntary consent and legal authorization. In the case of this voluntary consent, the data provider may withdraw this consent at any stage of the data handling.
In some cases, the handling, storage and transmission of a given set of data is required by law, and we notify our clients separately about this.
We would like to draw the attention of the informants that if they provide personal informations of others, it is the duty of the informant to obtain the consent of the person concerned.

Our Privacy Policy is in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular:

Physical storage locations for data

Your personal information (that may be related to your person) may be processed by us in the following ways: on the one hand in connection with your computer IP, browser, web address, technical data on the pages you visit are automatically generated in our computer system; on the other hand, you may provide your name, contact details or other information if you wish to contact us personally while using our website.

Your rights and remedies

Right to information

Purposes of data management; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, including in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; the intended period for which the personal data will be stored; the right to rectify, erase or restrict data processing and to protest; the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority; information on data sources; the fact of automated decision-making, including profiling, and comprehensible information on the logic used and the significance of such data management and the expected consequences for the data subject. The data handler shall provide the information no later than one month after the submission of the request.

Right of rectification
The data provider may request the correction of inaccurate personal data processed by Start Video LP. and the supplementation of incomplete data.

Right to cancel
If the data provider has any of the following reasons, Start Video LP. is entitled to delete the personal data concerning him/her without undue delay at his/her request:
–    personal data are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
–    the data provider withdraws the consent on which the data processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the data processing;
–    the data provider protests against the processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason for the processing;
–    personal data have been processed unlawfully;
–    personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation under EU or Member State law applicable to the data handler;
–    personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services.

Deletion of data may not be initiated if the processing is necessary: for the purpose of exercising the right to freedom of expression and information; for the purpose of fulfilling an obligation under Union or Member State law governing the processing of personal data or performing a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data handler; in the field of public health, or for archival, scientific and historical research or statistical purposes, in the public interest; or to bring, assert or defend legal claims.

Right to restrict data handling
At the request of the data provider, Start Video LP. restricts data management if one of the following conditions is met:
–   the data provider disputes the accuracy of the personal data, in this case the restriction shall apply for a period which allows the accuracy of the personal data to be verified;
–    the processing is unlawful and the data provider opposes the deletion of the data and instead requests that their use be restricted;
–  the data handler no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of data processing, but the data subject requests them in order to make, enforce or protect legal claims; or
–  the data provider has protested against the processing; in that case, the restriction shall apply for as long as it is established whether the legitimate reasons of the data handler take precedence over the legitimate reasons of the data provider.

Where processing is restricted, personal data other than storage may be processed only with the consent of the data provider or for the purpose of bringing, enforcing or protecting legal claims or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or in the important public interest of the Union or a Member State.

Right to carry data
The data provider shall have the right to receive personal data concerning him or her made available to the data handler in a structured, widely used machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another data handler.

Right to protest
The data provider shall have the right to protest at any time, for reasons related to his situation, to the processing of his personal data in the public interest or in the exercise of a public authority conferred on the data handler or to the processing of data handler or third parties, including profiling based on those provisions. too. In the event of an objection, the data handler may not further process the personal data, unless justified by compelling legitimate reasons which take precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data provider or which relate to the submission, enforcement or protection of legal claims.

Automated decision making on individual matters, including profiling
The data provider shall have the right not to be covered by a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects on him or her or would be similarly significant.

Right of withdrawal
The data provider has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time.

Right to turn to court
If the data provider's rights are violated, he or she may take legal action against the data handler. The court is acting out of turn in the case.
